For more than 20 years, Charles has been providing reflexology to the greater Los Angeles area. He is a dedicated health advocate and healer who has studied Shiatsu Acupressure, Canadian, Brazilian, Ayurvedic, and Chi gong-style Reflexology. He was certified by the American Academy of Reflexology, where he mastered the “Flocco Method” of integrated reflexology to the feet, hands, and ears. He continued his studies including Pranic Energy Healing with Master Stephen Co, Kinesiology, and Holistic Coaching, and became a certified Chi-gong instructor.
Before his reflexology profession, Charles was a Personal Fitness Trainer nutritional counselor, competitive natural bodybuilder, and two-time LA Marathon finisher. With a passion for health and wellness, his goal is to help others relieve stress and achieve a healthier, happier life.
